Amanda turned 21 and I thought she had finally grown up but after missing the plane to Las Vegas, where the rest of the family waiting for her and her two friends, to celebrate her turning 21, we had the enjoyment of grabbing the three girls from the air port at 9:45 PM, bring them back to the hotel so they could get a shower after an all night working and an all day sitting in the Atlanta Airport- due to the fact that they could not follow directions- we got to wish her a Happy Birthday sitting in our vehicle outside the Flamingo Hotel on the strip... not exactly the drink in hand, pulling a slot machine handle at midnight that I had hoped for... but she will never forget the 21 years of pain and heartache she has caused her mom!! LOL
We had a nice few days in Vegas. Did family things during the day and tried to gamble at night but Alexis isn't much of a sleeper making Jay and I not get much sleep... on top of babysitting the 21 year old!!
